One of the main reasons I love going to the races is having the chance to get dressed up and wear something you wouldn’t normally get to wear in everyday life.  Where else can you wear a delightfully whimsical headpiece and a pretty dress?
.
This spring racing season, I am loving fascinators from Sydney brand Studio Aniss.  Their designs are unique and modern, and ensure that no one else at the races will be wearing something similar to you.  Metallics are huge this season, and their geometric-style headpieces are on point.

In terms of dresses, I’m going to be hiring all my spring racing outfits from GlamCorner.  Let’s face it, not many of us have a spare $500 lying around to spend on a gorgeous designer dress that will only be worn on super special occasions, so hiring one from GlamCorner for a week or a weekend is the perfect solution.  They have hundreds of styles to choose from at a fraction of the cost to buy one new.
.
Heels of course are a must at the races to complete your look, but sore feet and heels sinking into the grass are going to ruin your day fast.  Senso heels are perfect for the races, the thick block heel is super-duper comfortable, meaning you can wear them all day long, and they won’t sink into the grass!

Adore the Zimmerman dress, you looks sensational. I’m looking to hire for an event and was wondering if it is true to size? Is it tight under arms or at bust? Thanks x

Hi lovely, thank you so much, it’s a gorgeous dress! I’m a true size 8 and I’m wearing an 8 here – it is slightly tight under the arms and around the bust, so you might want to size up if that’s a concern for you 🙂 X
